The Knitter's Curiosity Cabinet is the latest book I've gotten my hands on. It has twenty fantastic patterns based on vintage botanical drawings. There are ten botanical colour plates in this book, each one with two patterns inspired by it (one sock and one something else such as cowl, hat, fingerless gloves, etc).
The Knitter's Curiosity Cabinet Volume 2 is being released soon (this one is based on vintage butterfly drawings).
The link to buy the books can be found at the author's blog as well as details of her upcoming books and individual ravelry patterns.

This is one of the patterns from the book that I definitely want to make, just as soon as I find the perfect yarn for it..
If the images look a bit odd, it's because I downloaded the book to my phone and took screenshots of the pages to post here.
These are two Twirl scarves I finished today. This one is in colour Peppermint...
... and this is Cloud Nine.
I know the scarves must be a bit boring, I have other WIP's that I'll post as soon as there is anything bloggable about them.
